Free Kudoboard alternatives

Verified 2026-10-31

Kudoboard has no free tier: its own pricing page lists $6.99, $9.99 and $19.99 per board and team plans from $25 a month (verified 2026-10-31). If you want a card a group signs and you are not paying, there are six tools with a real free option. For a small team with no budget, the shortest answer is CardTogether (free, no cap, no accounts, download included) or Signed Together (free to create and send, $2.49 if you want the download). If the card must stay online for years, GreetBook. If you want scheduled delivery for nothing, RecoCards. All six are below, with what each free tier leaves out.

We make one of these tools, so read the table rather than the ordering. Every figure comes from the company's own pricing or FAQ page on the date shown, and where a company does not publish something we say so instead of filling the cell in.
