CardTogether

CardTogether for AI assistants

CardTogether has a plugin, so you can start a group card and collect messages from inside a conversation with an AI assistant instead of opening the site. Ask for a farewell card for a coworker or a birthday card everyone can sign, and the assistant creates the card and hands you the links to pass around.

What it can do

  • Create a card. Give the occasion and the person, and get back the share link for the group, the recipient link to send on the day, and the private owner link to keep.
  • Sign a card. Paste a card link and add your name and message, the same as using the web form.
  • Check a card. See the title, how many people have signed so far, and who. The messages themselves stay hidden unless you supply the private owner link.

What it does not do

There is no sign-in, because CardTogether has no accounts. Whoever holds a card link can use it, which is also how the website works. The plugin cannot delete a card or anyone's message, and it cannot read the messages on a card without the private owner link. Cards are deleted 60 days after they are created, through the plugin or otherwise.

For developers

The plugin is a Model Context Protocol server on the streamable HTTP transport at https://cardtogether.com/mcp. It is the same endpoint for every client, and the tools need no authentication. If you run an assistant that speaks MCP, you can point it there directly.

Where to get it

The plugin is being submitted to the ChatGPT plugin directory. This page will link to the listing once it is published. In the meantime you can add the endpoint above to any MCP client yourself.

Privacy and support

The plugin collects nothing the website does not: see the privacy policy for what is stored and for how long. CardTogether is built by Urban Algorithm LLC. For help or to report a problem, contact us through Urban Algorithm.
